Salaamun Alaykum (Peace be upon you),

Welcome to A Journey into Islam's website! We are currently under construction and will be updating our website with more information about the event as the day of the exhibition approaches. A Journey into Islam is an initiative undertaken by the youths of Az-Zahraa Islamic Centre to create a fun and informative exhibition on Islam to educate the Vancouver public about our religion.

We invite you to visit our beautiful centre and take a journey into Islam so we can answer those burning questions you have always had about Islam! Our goal is to create a positive environment where you can ask questions and getting answers straight from the source: A muslim.

We will have many exhibits with some dedicated to religious practices such as the Hijab and Ramadhan but we also have interesting exhibits on Islamic contributions to the sciences and misconceptions in the media! To top it off we have a fantastic dinner and tours of our centre planned.

I encourage you to visit our reviews section and read what visitors had to say about the event last year. We hope you take the time to visit our centre on January 26, 2013 and learn about Islam from our perspective.
